A GLANCE AT OUR SERVICES

Ascension's  Mid-week  Bible Study: Suspended until further notice due to the coronavirus health threat.

Time: 6.PM.

Our Wednesday evening Bible Study starts at 6:00 P.M. to 7:15 P.M.   Rev. Bernard Griffith, who is a divinity scholar, is the teacher and he keeps it lively, informative and very interesting.

Ascension's Sunday Services

Time: 9:00 AM: Suspended until further notice due to the coronavirus health threat.

This is a full eucharist worship service. The choir is fully engaged  with both traditional and blended music. The congregation also participates in the singing.

Youth Sunday

The last Sunday of each month is Youth Sunday.  The attire is more informal and the formal and messaging is more directed to youths and young adults.

Children’s Programs

Time: 8:30 a.m. Suspended until further notice due to the coronavirus health threat.

Our Sunday school classes open for age 3 – High School.

The Ascension of Christ...

He presented himself alive [to the apostles] after his suffering by many proofs appearing to them during forty days and speaking about the kingdom of God
